I really, seriously have no explanation for this. It's an unnamed cecaelia girl (half octopus) climbing... something, and looking really startled. I drew her tonight in about four hours, and I'm not really sure what the intent was. I think it was more an exploration of how to draw cecaelia tentacles in an unusual position than it was anything else.
My wife thinks she was exploring a large boat anchor when the ship suddenly started to pull it in. That's as good a guess as any, I guess ^^;
