I don't really know the backstory here. ~lasserine requested that I draw mermaids, so I drew mermaids. Or at least girls getting turned into mermaids. The one on the ground is named Elizabeth; the one getting transformed is named Megan; and the Sea Witch who's doing it is named Ruby. Beyond that, uh, tell your own story :)
Anyway, this is about ten hours with CorelDRAW and a mouse. And see, look, I drew hands.
So what do you think the story here is?
